The Space

Designed Across Three Levels

The villa spans 250 m² across three levels, connected by an internal elevator and designed to combine comfort, privacy and modern convenience.

Ground Floor

Two bedrooms with one ensuite bathroom, two bathrooms, a WC for pool use, storage areas and a laundry room. This level opens onto a 50 m² garden.

Main Floor

A spacious open-plan living and dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace create the heart of the home. This level opens directly onto a 150 m² landscaped garden with a 4x9 m private swimming pool, BBQ area, sunbeds and covered outdoor dining space. There are also two parking spaces available.

First Floor

Two bedrooms with one shared bathroom, along with a master suite featuring an en-suite bathroom and a 40 m² balcony with stunning sea views.
